Please review the following guidelines:
· We make every effort to provide you a realistic delivery/arrival date of your order. Due to our type of business, we will
from time to time encounter shipment delays at some point of the importing process. Should this occur, we ask for your
patience and understanding. PVI will notify you of any expected delay ahead of time so you can plan accordingly. If for some
reason we anticipate a delay equivalent to 20 business days or more, we will entertain the option of refunding your money or
offering you a small gift for the inconvenience.
· Please inspect all items before signing off on the freight delivery. In the event an item arrives visibly damaged please
refuse the delivery and we will get a replacement sent out to you. If you wish to cancel the order please note the freight
charges are non refundable and customer will be responsible for freight charges back to us. This is only in the event you do
not want the replacement sent to you.
· Our local delivery services includes inside placement and assembly (if needed) of your furniture to a floor level
residence or business. Although we do not offer upstairs delivery, some small items will be considered (ask a sales rep if your
item applies). Please note that unless prior arrangements have been made, our delivery reps will absolutely not deliver items
up any stairs.
· When product arrives at our warehouse, we will call you to let you know your order is in and to schedule a day and time
for your order to be picked up/delivered. If you’re picking the item up at our showroom, we ask that you give us at least a 1
day advanced notice so that we may bring the item from the warehouse to the showroom.
· If your order applies for the Free Shipping Option, please be aware if you cancel your order you are still responsible for
the shipping both ways.
